After purchase the customer will have a 7 day cancellation and pick-up window. If a return is not done before the 7 day window, it can be still be requested but will have to go through manager approval. Refunds are only eligible for damaged or incorrect item, any other circumstance will fall under store credit. For special circumstances please contact us, so we can escalate the request to a manager.
Pick Up Policy
Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of purchase. Late pick-ups will be issued a reminder; any order left for more than two weeks will be returned and issued a store credit.
Pick-up extensions are available upon request but can ONLY be extended another week.
